Valley Zen Circle
Meditation and Mindfulness - Sanctuary in the Midst of Daily Life
Join our growing zen community for all or part of an evening of peaceful silent meditation in the Soto Zen style. Valley Zen Circle (VZC) is open to the public every week on Thursday evenings in the spacious lower level of Christ’s Church, 412 Clay Street in Monmouth, Oregon. (Use the west entrance from the parking lot.) Wear comfortable clothing; cushions and chairs are provided.
Hope you'll take a break from your summer activities and join us on Thursday evenings. We'll be on our regular schedule through July 31st after which we'll start our summer break. We would love to have you join us.
Until we break for summer, we will be reading Pema Chodron's book, "When Things Fall Apart: Heart Advice for Difficult Times."
All seekers are invited to join the conversation.
